This is a informal event to which family and friends are welcome, held usually on one of the long [warm] evenings of high summer, and which takes the format of a barbeque or some other outdoor activity involving food and drink. Recent venues have taken place at the Rose Garden at the School and at Kidderminster Carolians RFC ground
