2008 BBQ
07 January 2008
2008 Summer Barbeque hosted by President Peter Vaughan
We came back to the Rose Garden at the School for the first time in many years, and the whole event was considered to be a great success.
The sky was clear and the weather was good.

There was a good turn out and the Rose Garden looked perfect.

The calm conditions made sure that the chefs were barbecued as well as the food - and the food comprised the traditional Old Carolians fare of pork chops, chicken breasts, burgers and two varieties of sausages, plus plenty of healthy salads. And of course a well stocked bar run by Ken Garbett.

And we were pleased to see a good turn out of the younger generation with Duncan Groves and friends.
All in all a very satisfactory evening!
