President Joe Kerrigan's eagerly awaited quiz took place at the Chester Road Sporting Club on Saturday 22nd October.
More than eighty people joined in the fun as Joe, ably assisted by his wife, Gail, severely taxed their brains with questions ranging from the identification of Irish and Australian rugby players, snatches of film dialogue, and culinary delights.
The half time interval was taken up with consumption of a delicious fish and chip supper and the winning team, called 'The Robins', was presented with a splendid trophy provided by Joe. The whole evening was a great success and was thoroughly enjoyed by all those that were there.
