Old Carolians day trip to London.
President Dave Laverty and Norman Broadfield are organising a day out in London on Tuesday 10th April with the main target being a visit to The Royal Academy of Arts to see the King Charles I Royal Art Collection, recently heavily publicised in the press and on television.
Transport will leave Kidderminster by coach at perhaps 8 am, arriving in London around noon, which will mean entry into the exhibition at perhaps 1 pm. This would give free time to visit other London attractions if wished, leaving to come home at around 6:30 pm with an estimated arrival time in Kidderminster of around 10 pm. There is no requirement to visit the exhibition, of course – it could be seen as just a day out in London with your own choice of venues. Likely costs are bus and exhibition £30, and bus trip alone £15.
