Annual Old Carolians Association BBQ

Join us for one of the highlights of the year – our ever-popular Annual BBQ! It’s always a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable evening, bringing together old friends and new faces alike. Expect great food, plenty of laughter, and the kind of friendly atmosphere that makes the Association so special.

Set in picturesque surroundings, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind, catch up, and enjoy excellent company. Whether you’re a long-standing member or joining us for the first time, you’ll be made very welcome.

Importantly, you do not need to be a member to attend. We actively encourage non-Carolians to come along, experience what we’re all about, and simply enjoy the evening—whether that leads to joining in future or just soaking up the atmosphere.

🍔 Food & Cost

£10 per person, which includes a generous selection of:

• Meats
• Breads
• Salads
• Condiments
• And, of course, puddings

All expertly overseen by Committee members Arthur Miller and Pete Picken.

Vegetarian options are available—please mention this when booking.

🥤 What to Bring

• Your own drinks (we are no longer able to provide a bar)
• Glasses, if you prefer something more than the limited supply of generic ones available
• Table and chairs, as suitable furniture is limited

A raffle will be held during the evening, so do bring some cash if you’d like to take part!

Please book by 6:00 pm on Saturday 13th June 2026 to allow us to finalise catering numbers.
